About

McKinley McNair is a New York-based investor and serial entrepreneur in the insurance restoration industry. Since 2018, his companies have been involved with over $300 million in property damage claims.

Career highlights include:

• Founder and President of Empire Estimators, a leading remote insurance restoration estimating firm that provides enterprise-level estimating services for restoration companies in the United States and Canada.
• Founder and President of Manhattan Public Adjustment, a boutique Public Adjuster firm that specializes in handling major residential fire damage claims in New York City and the surrounding metropolitan region.
• Founder and President of Metropolitan Claims, an members-only referral program for insurance restoration professionals throughout the New York metropolitan region.

McKinley earned an MBA from The City University of New York – Baruch College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship in 2016, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a major in Philosophy in 2009.

When he is not working, McKinley enjoys spending time with his wife, Cierra, a Neuroradiologist, and their two mini-golden doodles, Quinn and Harper. He also enjoys running, and is a 2-time NYC Marathoner.

He is currently seeking investment and consulting opportunities in insurance restoration and adjacent industries.
